Why Midnight Travelers?
I always liked the idea of having a blog or a travel youtube channel where I would tell all my stories. Having something of my own. I'm a night owl and when I started brainstorming the name I was getting the best ideas during the night, especially around midnight.
So, Midnight Travelers!

NICE TO MEET YOU!
Hey! My name is Filip, and I'm 26. I'm Slovak and French. As cool as it sounds, having a double nationality wasn't always great. When I was 11, my dad moved to France, and I found myself hopping on and off between Slovakia and France. While my friends were kinda jealou,s I went through an identity crisis when I was trying to figure out where I belonged.
After living, studying, and working in both countries, I decided to move. Somewhere I had never been before. I was 21 when I decided to move to the beautiful island of Malta.
I spent the best 6 months working as a bartender at the beach and made so many new friends. But most importantly, thanks to this trip, I beat my fear, and I started to travel even more. I didn't really have a fear of traveling; it was more that I didn't want to travel alone.
After that, I moved to Sweden for a couple of months, and I spent the new year in Vietnam. It was my first trip outside of the European continent, and all I can say is that I look forward for my next destination.
My way of traveling
I wouldn't describe myself as a typical traveler. I love the idea of just moving to a new country without a previous visit. I enjoy being completely submerged in the culture and seeing life as a local.
Even though this is a great way to explore and see much more than if it was just a short trip there are just so many places I want to see. It would be impossible to live in every country.
I like to associate the idea of living in a country trying to travel in it as much as possible and visiting the neighboring countries as well. I'm also a big fan of adventure and I'm very spontaneous.
